Jeremy Kessler
M.D., FUHM, FAAFP, FAWM
Originally from Queens, New York, Dr. Kessler initiated his medical studies at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, in Jalisco, Mexico. Dr. Kessler began his residency training in General Surgery at the University of Florida – Gainesville. He subsequently transferred to the University of Wyoming – Cheyenne, where he completed his Rural Family Medicine residency. Upon graduation, he pursued a one-year internship at New York Medical College. Most recently, Dr. Kessler completed a fellowship in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine at Advocate Aurora Health Care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In his free time, Dr. Kessler has been a medical and surgical brigade volunteer. He has trekked across Latin America, giving back to the underserved Latino population. Dr. Kessler is an outdoors enthusiast and world traveler. He attempts to combine his love of mountain biking, climbing, mountaineering, surfing, and diving, while immersing himself in new cultures during global exploration. He is fluent in the Spanish language.
Deseret Allen
DNP, ARPN, DNP-BC
Deseret is an ANCC certified family nurse practitioner. She has been practicing as a nurse since 2008 in many areas including medical/surgical, postpartum, cardiology, home health, diabetic education and management, and wound care.
In 2012, she received a Master’s in Nursing Education from Weber State University. With a desire to further her education and have a greater influence on patient care and health outcomes, she returned to Weber State University to complete a Doctor of Nursing Practice in conjunction with her Family Nurse practitioner.
Deseret is committed to delivering personalized and compassionate healthcare to assist in the healing process and improve overall health and wellness. She is a Utah native and currently resides in Huntsville in the beautiful Ogden Valley. She enjoys singing, cooking, baking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Critt Aardema
M.D.
Dr. Aardema completed a residency in family medicine at McKay-Dee Hospital Center in Ogden. A native and resident of Ogden, Utah, he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University. He earned his M.D. at the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he was named the Family Medicine Student of the Year in 2010.

During his residency, Dr. Aardema served in the Porter Family Medicine Clinic at McKay-Dee, Intermountain Instacare in Layton and the Bear River Valley Hospital’s emergency room. He also worked as an adjunct clinical professor in WSU’s Athletic Department.
​
As a volunteer, he provides medical care to uninsured patients at the Midtown Community Health Center.
Dr. Aardema is married with four children. In his spare time, he likes to golf, mountain bike and run. He also counts basketball, college football and home remodeling among his interests.
Wyatt J. West
M.D.
Dr. West, a Utah native raised in the Mountain Green/Morgan area, completed his bachelor’s degree at Weber State University before going on to earn his MD at University of Utah.

He completed his family medicine residency in Utah at McKay-Dee Hospital where he emphasized in sports medicine and ran workshops in CME conferences for sports medicine. Dr. West practiced in Morgan for three years and was the only practicing physician in the county.

Dr. West and his wife have three children. “Our family loves to spend time in Southern Utah hiking and biking.” He also enjoys trail running, and has run a number of marathons as well.
